So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

Having seen a photo of the flowers versus price paid I have seen better value for money. The flowers however looked very fresh.

I had just received devastating news regarding a dear friend who had been diagnosed with brain cancer. Instead of being on a flight to Japan for a holiday she was in St Vincent's Hospital awaiting urgent surgery. I rang and spoke to a lovely lady at your shop and said could you please send some ' happy' flowers. When my friend received them she messaged me straight away and sent a photo. She said they added some sunshine and happiness to her room Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful 😊💞

I was a little disappointed that on the morning of my delivery I received a phone informing me that the chocolates I had selected and paid for were not in stock. Whilst given the option to select something else it was not what I wanted.
