Our florist business regrets to inform you that, due to a recent tulip shortage, the price of these vibrant blooms has significantly increased. As tulips are in short supply, this price impact will, unfortunately, have to be passed on to our customers. Nonetheless, rest assured that our commitment to quality remains unchanged, and we will continue to provide the freshest and most beautiful tulips available.

I had requested for the flowers to be delivered prior to a certain time, Kate contacted me to advise that the delivery time couldn't be guaranteed, but will note down the requested delivery time for the driver. The flowers were delivered on time. Kate was very accommodating and delivered on excellent customer service.
