The website is user friendly, easy to browse with many options and add-on choices at reasonable prices. The process from placing an order to delivery was smooth with no issue. The email notification prior to, upon delivery and the delivery tracker is a good way to manage customer expectation. My recipient was happy with the flower they received. Flower received was fresh, colourful and wrapped beautifully. Definitely value for money, recommended and will order again in the future.
