If known, please provide ward name and number in the 'special delivery instructions' section at checkout for best chance of timely delivery.

If possible, please ensure patient hasn't been discharged early (Hospital reception may be able to help). If the patient has been discharged we would be happy to arrange re-delivery to a residential home address, but we will need to pass on the additional courier charges.

Order by 2pm for same day delivery. Flowers will arrive between 9am and 5pm to business addresses and between 9am and 7pm to residential addresses within Children's Hospital at Westmead.
Flowers will arrive by 12pm noon to Children's Hospital at Westmead.

Express delivery is available weekdays only.

Orders must be placed by midnight the night before the requested delivery date.
Due to the overwhelming number of orders for Valentine's day we are unable to guarantee times for delivery.

Couriers aim to have deliveries to Children's Hospital at Westmead businesses by 5pm and to residential addresses by 7pm but some deliveries may arrive later.

For the best chance of timely delivery it is best to place your order at least a day in advance of Valentine's day to avoid disappointment.
