They go above and beyond. I emailed them in October to ask when they would be a small Christmas table decorated tree would be in stock. I got an immediate response letting me know it would be around late Nov-early Dec. And true to their word an email arrived, when said, I immediately followed the link and ordered an exceptionally good value present for our daughter. We are in the UK so unable to see her.
